Carol Singing

The malawi team went out to retirement homes in and around the beighton area raising money over christmas by singing carols. We raised over £200 from these events.
Bag Packing @ Morrisons Halfway

The malawi team went out to morrisons at halfway packing bags all day. They managed to raise a massive £588.51 Just from this event alone. Well done.
Race Night.

.On Friday 7th Febuary the Malawi team ran a sucessful race night at the mosborough miners welfare .The event was a great success as we raised over £1000. Thank you to every body involved.
Tigerzye gig
After 15 years apart the members of Tigerzye found time in their musical calenders to get back together for a special gig to raise money for the Malawi funds. This was a packed, hot and loud night and it raised a grand total of £1600
Tiyeni single
The students had a song written for them by one of the members of Tigerzye and then were fortunate enough to be able to record it in the internationally renowned Steelworks studio. Steelworks has been host to top names such as the Spice Girls and the producer James who is also a member of Tigerzye has written and produced for artists such as The Wanted and Donny Osmond. Malawi Shop at Crystal Peaks shopping centre
The students did a presentation to the management team at Crystal peaks shopping centre and they were so impressed they have given the students a shop unit twice now. The students worked hard for months gathering stock for the shop and on each occasion it has earned over £3000

Dance show collection
One of the Malawi team performed in a production at the Octagon for 4 nights and managed to collect over £150 during the intervals by taking a bucket round.
Stagecoach production of Grease
One of the Malawi team performed in a production of Grease and made some buns to sell in the interval which took over £20
